This newly created position is designed to proactively monitor market information and interpret sales data to recommend potential action steps to the sales team. The Sales Business Analyst is expected to utilize critical thinking skills and be self-motivated to create a positive impact to field sales and sales leadership.
The Sales Business Analyst will perform all assigned functions in sales operations pertaining to sales reporting and analysis, sales forecasting, and Salesforce.com administration, as well as ad hoc analysis as required. This position will work cross-functionally across Oxford Immunotec – primarily with the commercial team, field sales and sales leadership. The main objective for this role is to provide tools that enable commercial leadership to make sound, analytically-driven operating decisions.
The Sales Business Analyst will proactively and reactively build and execute analytical programs that increase sales effectiveness and productivity. This position is also responsible for developing custom automation and assisting in Salesforce.com administration.
