  • Overview

    Receive, process and aliquot clinical samples in a serology laboratory in a fast-paced medical diagnostic laboratory. The work schedule is Tuesday – Saturday 5:00AM – 1:30 PM.

    Responsibilities


    • Use a variety of scientific techniques in the laboratory, adhering to Good Laboratory Practices and following SOP’s

    • Prepare components for laboratory processing

    • Perform aliquoting of clinical samples

    • Will be required to handle human body fluid samples, blood-borne pathogens and general laboratory reagents

    • Follows all company safety policies and other safety precautions within work area

    • Regular attendance and timeliness is essential

    Qualifications


    • High school diploma or higher required

    • Previous laboratory experience preferred

    • Pipetting and Aliquoting experience preferred

    • Flexible, adaptable, and multi-task oriented

    • Highly organized and have strong documentation skills

    • Demonstrated team player
