Overview

The Director of Marketing - Americas is responsible for all marketing activities related to T-SPOT products across North and South America. This position has responsibility for upstream and downstream marketing, marketing communications, product training, scientific affairs marketing, and our strategic partner relationship. Focus is on driving revenue growth and supporting our growth and market share goals. The Director of Marketing-Americas leads the marketing and marketing communications teams to establish the strategic marketing plan and leads the design and execution of short-term and long-term marketing initiatives. This includes developing and implementing the strategic and tactical marketing plan for Oxford products to customers within the North & South America.  In addition, the Director of Marketing-Americas will be responsible for achieving commercial goals, including revenue, customers, volume per customer, ASP, and market share.  This person is a key member of the commercial management team and will work directly with senior management on all key commercial matters. 

Responsibilities

Specific deliverables for the role include, but not limited to:

 

  • Manage all aspects of product marketing including market segmentation, targeting, and positioning (STP), price, promotion, and channel management for the hospital market
  • Develop training programs and tools to maximize sales force/distribution effectiveness
  • Driving demand through physicians and other end-user healthcare professionals
  • Segmentation, targeting and positioning of products in multiple segments
  • Developing and implementing promotional strategies for products and services
  • Developing and implementing strategies and programs to substantiate product cost- effectiveness in client bill segments and reimbursements in third party insurances segments
  • Conducting in-depth analyses of the company’s current markets and commercial progress to inform strategic decision-making
  • Utilizing analytical capabilities and a facts/data approach to planning, managing and executing around pricing optimization for multiple segments and product configurations
  • Coordinate with international marketing and sales team members as needed to share best practices and collaborate on strategies and tactics
  • Develop and manage customer presentations and materials to support customer marketing
  • Regular attendance and timeliness are essential
  • Responsible for the strategy and execution for all product launches and updated product indications
  • Other duties as assigned
